Around East York, specialist offices tend to cluster near hospitals and in medical office parks, and wait times for a consultation run from a few days for an endodontist to several weeks for a busy orthodontist. Most consultations across Pennsylvania are free or low-cost and come with a written treatment plan and price; ask whether the fee is in-network for your plan, what sedation options exist and how many visits the treatment takes. A second opinion is normal for implants, jaw surgery and full-mouth reconstruction, and reputable specialists expect it.

Total Trash! I had three teeth extracted in December 2025 and it was supposed to be six. It's June and I can still feel the effects of what They did. They decided they were only doing half of the surgery even after we paid money out-of-pocket because the insurance wouldn't cover everything. I go to Susquehanna and they question everything this place did and don't understand why they didn't do the whole surgery. this place is garbage please protect yourself

They push for scans that they know insurance doesn't pay for and try to blindsided you into paying hundreds of extra out of pocket. The scans are not necessary and the insurance rep i spoke to already knew them by reputation. I now have to entirely reschedule with a different surgeon after waiting two weeks. Do not recommend.

I went in about a week ago for a pre op appointment. I have a tooth that needs to be removed that goes close to my sinus . I was told by the surgeon when he came in “it will only need a few sutures!” They had to send authorization to insurance for the sedation. It was approved but the day before my surgery appointment I get a message before there gonna close about how part of it was not covered so I called my insurance. It was put in as a “primary closure of nasal passage” which is the gums being moved and made into a flap to cover the hole. I did not give informed consent to have that done I gave informed consent for the 2-3 sutures I was told in my pre op appointment. Not only that but I called the office back to talk to a receptionist and I informed them of what happened how it was billed what it was going to be that I did not agree too it. She told me “no that’s not what it is it’s the same thing” this is a person with no medical experience trying to tell me what it is after my insurance had informed me of the difference and what it was. Witch is malpractice. She then tried to call the supervisor but they were not there said we will call at 9 tomorrow she said ok. I said ok I s

I had a great experience here!! Sorry for all the negative comments…From the start of my consultation to now. Everyone was amazing. Staff, the nurses and the dr who did my extractions was amazing! Thank you, Dr. Antoine Panoss for making this scary process very smooth going for me. I would refer him to anyone!

Never going here again. Check in- they wanted me to call the previous dentist that I got my referral from to send over X-rays to their office. Which is fine. Nurse calls me back- we go to an X-ray machine. Mind you, this is the same machine that took my X-rays that they just wanted me to send over. The actual consult- surgeon comes in, sits at computer. Basically says we’re going to take out the 4 teeth that are broken. Perfect, exactly what I came for. Day of surgery- go to check in, they decide that they’re also going to take my wisdom teeth, which was NEVER discussed with me. On top of that, they were only going to pull teeth from the one side, and I was going to have to come back a second time to get the teeth on the other side pulled. Going into surgery- everything was fine, surgeon was asked if there was enough time to get all teeth pulled. When I woke up, they only pulled the teeth on the right. I asked to be put back under to extract the remaining broken teeth. The oral surgeon walked in and told me “ I need to calm down, he could barely finish the one side” They rudely, roughly, and quickly put me back under. I woke up in the recovery room across the hall to someone tellin
